Tickets are sold by Cantores Consort through Ticket Tailor, with payments processed by Stripe.

By purchasing a ticket online, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.

You undertake that all details provided to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing tickets are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the tickets. Refunds

Refunds will only be given if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. If a performance is cancelled, the ticket price paid will be refunded, but not any additional travel, accommodation or other additional consequential losses. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

Please note that in England there is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online ticket sales in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tickets for specific dates are exempt because they are considered leisure services for a set date, similar to hotel bookings or transport, and are exempt from standard distance-selling cancellation rights.
